This monochrome TASKalfa multifunctional series is to answer the needs of busy and demanding offices. Apart from printing at up to 35 pages per minute, these devices will also copy, scan in colour and optionally fax. You can access all these functions easily from the large touch panel on the device. There are several paper handling and finishing options you can add to your MFP to suit your personal needs. These include various paper cassettes offering a paper capacity of up to 4,100 sheets, a document processor for one-path duplex scanning and two extra finishers – one for stapling and punching and another one with a capacity of up to 3,000 pages

Black-and-white printing isn’t just black and white. You will certainly notice the difference when looking at documents produced by one of our TASKalfa 3010i/3510i multifunctionals. Their innovative image processing engine with the equivalent of a 9,600 x 600 dpi resolution generates sharp contrasts and ensures that all your documents are of outstanding clarity and gradation.

You can access all the functions offered by these devices via a new large colour touch panel. It now has a customisable home screen and a “swipe” functionality that makes it most easy to find the right settings. The panel offers: A CUSTOMISABLE HOME MENU SCREEN. A USER-FRIENDLY DESIGN. AN ADJUSTABLE SCREEN.

These MFPs are equipped with an advanced scanning technology achieving up to 160/100 ipm thanks to the optional onepath duplex scanning processor that scans your double-sided documents in a single step. All the scanning options such as colour or b/w scanning can be accessed directly from the control panel of the MFP. You can also select whether the scanned file should be sent to a server, to an email address or to a USB device; you can also choose between various saving formats including PDF, JPEG, TIFF and XPS. A very convenient feature you may add to your MFP is the ability to turn scanned documents into text files: this will save you from a lot of tedious retyping when you have to edit a hard copy of a document.
